- Clipboards or plain sheets of paper

Instructions:
- Introduce the concept of nouns to the students by explaining that nouns are words that name people, places, things, and animals.
- Show examples of nouns on the board or through visual aids, such as pictures or flashcards.
- Explain that the class will be going on a noun hunt, where they will search for nouns in their environment.
- Distribute the scavenger hunt checklist to each student.
- Explain the instructions on the checklist: students need to find and write down at least five nouns they come across during the hunt.
- Encourage students to explore different areas of the classroom or school, both indoors and outdoors, to find nouns.
- Remind students to use their pencils or markers and clipboards or plain sheets of paper to record their findings.
- Optional: If available, allow students to use a digital camera or smartphone with a camera to take pictures of the nouns they find.
- Once the students have completed their noun hunt, gather them together for a group discussion.
- Ask each student to share one noun they found and explain why it is a noun.
- Encourage students to listen and learn from their peers' findings.
- Conclude the activity by summarizing the importance of nouns in our everyday language and how they help us communicate.
