Methodology:
This activity will involve a combination of individual research, group discussions, and creative presentations.
Resources/Materials:

- Art supplies (paper, markers, colored pencils, etc.)
- Access to computers or tablets for research
- Poster boards or presentation software for final presentations
Instructions:
- Introduce the topic of the Roman Empire to the students, providing a brief overview of its history and significance.
- Divide the class into small groups and assign each group a specific aspect of the Roman Empire to research (e.g., government, architecture, daily life, military, etc.).
- Allow students time to conduct research using textbooks or online resources. Encourage them to take notes and gather relevant images or illustrations.
- Once the research is complete, have each group create a visual presentation to showcase their findings. They can choose to create a poster board display or use presentation software to create slides.
- Encourage creativity and critical thinking by asking students to include key facts, images, and comparisons to other ancient civilizations in their presentations.

- After all the presentations, facilitate a class discussion to compare and contrast the different aspects of the Roman Empire. Encourage students to identify the factors that contributed to its rise and eventual fall.
