Instructions:

Real-Life Application (20 minutes):

Provide each student with a printed handout that contains a real-life scenario related to civics, such as a community issue or a decision-making situation. Instruct students to analyze the scenario and write a short paragraph explaining how they would apply their civics knowledge to address the situation. Allow students to share their responses with the class.

Conclusion (5 minutes):

Summarize the key points discussed in the lesson and emphasize the importance of understanding civics in becoming responsible citizens. Encourage students to continue exploring civics outside of the classroom.
