Methodology:

Instructions:
Step 1: Introduction (10 minutes)
Begin the activity by asking students to define mental health. Write their responses on the board and facilitate a brief discussion to ensure a common understanding of the concept.
Step 2: Components of Mental Health (15 minutes)
Explain the different components of mental health, such as emotional well-being, psychological well-being, and social well-being. Use examples and real-life scenarios to help students grasp the importance of each component.
Step 3: Group Activity - Mental Health Factors (20 minutes)
Divide the class into small groups and provide each group with chart paper and markers. Instruct them to brainstorm and list factors that can positively or negatively impact mental health. Afterward, ask each group to present their findings to the class.
